B.Arch. Eligibility Criteria:

(Note: Any student desirous in taking admissions have to fulfil minimum eligibility criteria mentioned below and seat will be allocated strictly on the basis of First Come, First Served.)

Passed 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination and as per COA norms., (www.coa.gov.in) or JEE paper II (Main)., (www.nta.ac.in).

Admission Process:

Admissions to the B.Arch. programme is based on the merit of marks obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture and School +2. The basic qualification for admission will be:

  • No candidate with less than 50% marks in aggregate shall be admitted to the architecture course unless he/she has passed an examination at the end of the new 10+2 scheme of the Senior School Certificate Examination or Equivalent with Mathematics as subjects of examination at the 10+2 level or 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by the central / state Governments with 50% aggregate marks.
  • All admissions to architecture degree course shall be subject to passing of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
  • Admissions to 65% of the seats is done by the Anna University Counselling Society and the remaining by the Management. This college has at present an annual intake of 40 in B.Arch.
